How White-Label Deployment Actually Works, Step by Step

2026-08-17 · 6 min read

"White-label" gets used loosely in this industry, so here is precisely what happens between signing and go-live when we deploy a platform like MegaBasket under a client's brand.

Week 1: Brand and infrastructure

We start with brand assets: logo, color palette and app icons are applied across all five surfaces — customer app, vendor app, rider app, admin dashboard and web storefront. App package IDs are created under your developer accounts, so from day one the apps are yours.

In parallel, infrastructure is provisioned: server setup, domain and SSL configuration, database creation and email/OTP services. Nothing here is shared — your platform runs on its own stack.

Week 1–2: Data and integrations

Your product catalog is loaded, categories structured, taxes and delivery zones configured. Payment gateways are connected using your merchant accounts, so money flows directly to you — never through us.

SMS/OTP providers, push notification credentials and maps keys are configured. If you need custom features beyond the standard platform, this is where they're scoped and built.

Week 2: Store publishing

Apps are submitted to Google Play and the App Store under your developer account. Google typically approves within days; Apple review takes longer and occasionally bounces a submission over metadata — that's normal and handled by us.

Go-live and handover

Before launch we run end-to-end tests: ordering, payments, vendor acceptance, rider dispatch and refunds. Admin training covers dashboards, product management, order flows and analytics.

At handover you receive admin access, documentation and a support arrangement — monitoring, updates and a team on call. The platform is yours: your brand, your data, your customers.
